I appreciate your unbiased reporting on this controversial nightmare. It is sad to discover that one of the most important emergency departments in our town is working half-heartedly and under such duress. I usually wish for world peace. Now I wish for strong, trustworthy leadership and professionalism by honorable men and women in such important positions. I applaud those who are living up to their hero-status and pray that others will follow their commendable examples.

Very good reporting of the proceedings. It will be interesting to see what was written in that letter; who was it addressed to, and the date. I am trying to understand why nothing was said to the chief directly by any of the managers?
