Doug this seems to get worse the more you dig into. Good question on why a system was installed that did not meet the RFP.
I was just a little amazed that we could eliminate the glycol by spending $25K. What went into the decision not to spend that sum?
To my knowledge, there has been no decision not to spend $25k to eliminate the glycol.
Perhaps you're thinking about why the system was designed to use glycol. That happened back in the early 1990s. I don't know anything about it.
